Suddenly, sharp against the humdrum roar of traffic and tourists, come the clean clip of sails turning sides as Dragons tack in the harbour gate. Your eye is caught by the bobbing teak and mahogany of the Dragon fleet, or by the sunlight blinking on the wet Dragon’s decks. This is a frequent scene from Ostend’s passing spring and summer-show. It’s part of the timeless class of the Dragon fleet.
